Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, et al.

Action: Filed an amicus brief arguing that the US Army Corps of Engineers migratory bird rule promulgated by the Clean Water Act is an unconstitutional exercise of Congress' authority to regulate interstate commerce.
