CIR goes to the Supreme Court

 

Oral argument in the UM cases

On April 1, 2003, the Supreme Court heard oral argument in Grutter v. Bollinger and Gratz v. Bollinger, CIR's lawsuits challenging race-based admissions at the University of Michigan's Law School and College of Literature, Science, and the Arts respectively.
